Brandon S. Craig, Attorney

Brandon S. Craig grew up in Sebring, Florida. He is married and has two sons.  He received his B.S. degree in 2007 from the University of Florida, and his Juris Doctorate degree from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2010.  After graduating from law school, Mr. Craig practiced law for two years before teaming up with Clifford M. Ables, III. In 2014, Clifford M. Ables, III and Brandon S. Craig formed Ables & Craig, P.A.  In 2014, Mr. Craig became managing partner of Ables & Craig, P.A.

Mr. Craig is actively involved within the community as he is a member of the Wauchula Kiwanis, is active with the Highlands County Bar Association, is a member of the Florida Bar Association, and a member of the Real Property Probate & Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar.

Mr. Craig works in the Sebring (Highlands County) and Wauchula (Hardee County) offices, and his practice includes commercial transactions and real estate transactions, probate, estate planning, landlord/tenant law, banking law, contract law, corporate and business law.

Clifford M. Ables, III, Attorney

Clifford M. Ables, III, was born February 19, 1943, in Seneca, South Carolina, but grew up in Sanford, Seminole County, Florida. He is married and has two adult sons. He received his B.A. degree in 1966 from Stetson University, and his Juris Doctorate degree from Walter F. George School of Law, Mercer University, in 1974. After graduating from law school, Mr. Ables was an Assistant Public Defender responsible for Highlands County for approximately 18 months. In 1975, Jonathan H. “Jack” Hancock and he formed Hancock and Ables, P.A. In 1981 he became a sole practitioner. In 2014, Brandon S. Craig and he formed Ables & Craig, P.A.

Mr. Ables is actively involved within the community and is a member of the Wauchula Kiwanis Club, the American Diabetes Association, the Florida Diabetes Association, and is a member, Sunday School teacher and Deacon at Whispering Pines Baptist Church, Sebring, Florida. In the past, Mr. Ables has been a member of the Sebring Kiwanis Club, Sebring Utilities Commission, and the Florida Governor’s Diabetes Advisory Council.

Mr. Ables maintains offices in Sebring (Highlands County) and in Wauchula (Hardee County), and his practice includes public housing, government law, banking law, contract law, corporate and business law, commercial transactions and real estate transactions, estate planning, probate, and guardianship law.

Rhonda L. Pattillo, Legal Assistant

Rhonda has been with the firm since 2004, is a licensed title agent, and handles real estate closings, foreclosure litigation, litigation, landlord/tenant matters, and corporate matters, for both our Sebring and Wauchula offices.

Helen R. Revell, Office Manager

Helen has been with the firm since 2020, and handles bookkeeping, account reconciliation, and document preparation, and aids with real estate closings for both our Sebring and Wauchula offices.
